I needed a storage unit for the first time in my life. I was overwhelmed with downsizing and had no idea what size to rent. Sandy was very knowledgeable and was a tremendous help in picking the right size. Sandy is very pleasant and genuine. She made everything a lot less stressful ; ) . Thank u Sandy and public storage.

I recently signed up for a storage unit at this location, and Sandy was a joy to work with every step of the way. She was thorough in presenting me with all the necessary information, and I especially appreciated how transparent she was when going over the contract and insurance options. From the moment we walked into public storage we were treated with the upmost respect. It felt like a nice change going from a snooty environment to a friendly and respectful environment this company has created. The people are nice and friendly and really put all their effort into finding what the customer wants and not once tried to sell me something that I didn't want. Overall I highly recommend that if you are looking for a storage with reasonable prices and full of great employees, "public storage" is the place to go!
