Great Facility
Modern Storage on Dell Drive in Bryant is an outstanding facility. I have rented from other storage facilities in Benton/Bryant and other states, and I have had a great experience with this location and price.

Water in my unit 92
There is water in my unit and I didnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t realize it till the second trip the next then I seen two open units that also had water in them as well do all your units get water inside is that why u require renters inﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s but that should of been disclose

Tim, Our manager has reached out to you about your concern. Unfortunately with the single-digit temperatures in Arkansas, one of the sprinkler pipes burst in a vacant unit which was out of our control.
