I got set up online & I was very happy with the customer service. I paid for my unit and Iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢ve been trying for a week to get my access code so I can move in. The manager is never there and itﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s been a week and still u havenﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t moved anything in so I went in today and still no one was there but the maintenance man who helped as much as he could. I asked for my money back and I was told I would have to come back when someone was there and it would have to be approved by the general manager. This is very unprofessional and bad business.

From the initial phone conversation with Gary, to the one on one interaction with Robert, the professionalism shined through. I am very glad to have chosen YOUR EXTRA CLOSET as the place to rely on. Definitely will tell others about them. The customer service was convincing enough for me to look no where else.
