I went to go look at the storage facility and the staff seemed nice,the storage units were clean,and the prices are fair. Altogether it seems like a great place to safely store my belongings.

The "reservation" I made to hold the unit until the weekend for me to move in was bogus. When I talked to the facility, they said they don't hold units, it's first come, first served and if I wanted it, I'd better come now. Other than that, all is fine with the unit.

Sorry about the confusion regarding reservation of units. Due to limited availability of storage units, Aliso Viejo Self Storage has a "first come first serve" policy. Our understanding with Sparefoot is that they will forward calls to us, and not make reservations on our behalf.
