Easy online reservation, fair price &great customer service
After having a terrible time finding a storage facility that had a unit available, let alone getting other places to even call me back, I was able to make my reservation easily online, got a great discount, and was provided with excellent customer service. At time of move in everything went quickly and smoothly. Unit wasclean.

Don't bait & switch
I booked a unit online specifically for vehicle storage. Nothing I saw online said anything about bringing floor covering in case of leaks nor anything about mandatory insurance on the unit. When I arrived with little time to spare before heading to the airport, I was hit with the insurance requirement & insistence that I put something on the floor to guard against leaks. Not a pleasant experience at all & not something I would recommend to a friend.
