Initialization was fairly straightforward and no-frills. However, the limited office hours make it difficult for folks who need to move things either very early or after work. As a result, tasks like moving large boxes, mattresses, & furniture are difficult because, without access to the office, there is no access to carts & dollies. Additionally, not having the ability to access material between 9pm and 6am makes it difficult in case there is something essential to be accessed in that time period.

Regina and Chris are absolutely amazing! They were so patient and attentive to making sure I got exactly what I needed, even to the point of staying after hours to answer questions and complete my transaction. I was having a horrible day and these two made a world of a difference with their exceptional customer service. Thank you for setting the example of what great customer service should be!

Regina is the best! I feel very comfortable and enjoy using Public Storage because of her!
