Public Storage - Los Angeles - 1702 S San Pedro Street

When I arrived at the facility, there was no manager at the office, which was locked. I arrived about 4:45pm with a moving truck. I expected to be able to meet with a manager when getting there who would give me my code, the lock I had purchased, and show me where my unit was located. This has been standard practice at every storage place I have ever rented before. But not here. I had to call the general number to ask what was going on. I was then given my code and was told that I had to break the seal on my unit and find the lock inside my unit. Also, I was not told that I had to punch in the code at the elevator each time. I finally ran into the manager at the facility after about an hour. I had very limited time to do the move, and because of the delays, I had to come back the next day to complete moving in. The manager was nice and helpful once I finally met him, but there should always be at least one person to help new customers move in.

I just want to thank everyone here were i store my belongings.. The staff and property is always kept up with all my questions answered...AND MOST OF ALL JUST THANK YOU FOR SHOWING UP FOR WORK I LOST MY JOB DUE TO COVID 19....I REALLY REALLY APPRECIATE EVERYTHING YOU GUYS DO...THANK YOU
