Great price for rent. Very clean and well organized. Good air conditioning. Excellent service and caring staff. Rafik helped set up my phone to log in. I'm very glad that I ended up in this particular department.

Friendly, clean, very organized registration and check-in, made everything very easy and comfortable.

Everything was fine except that last week (Monday-Tuesday & Wednesday) I left repeated voicemails during business hours to find out whether there would be gate access on Easter Sunday. I NEVER received a return call or voicemail from the property manager. I finally had to call the 800-number customer service to obtain an answer. It seems that the they were more than accessible to answer all questions initially but once I had signed the contract, they had no interest in responding at all.
