Public Storage - Oakley - 1625 Main Street

Went in to this location to pay my grandmas bill an Alyna helped me out and was very funny, had a very bubbly personality and had great customer service. I was having a bad day and she turned my day around immediately. Would recommend to everyone. She is one in a million !

The management is very professional and helpful with an amazing staff of efficient caring people. The prices are the best in East Contra Costa. The location is excellent with easy access. The facility is clean with a variety of units available to meet your needs. The hours are convenient. There are also surveillance cameras on the premises.

I rented a large unit a few weeks ago to store my four bedroom house until next month. The rental experience and the unit itself were both very satisfactory (except the door to my unit is very difficult to get up). However there is a lot of garbage at the facility and whoever designed the entrance was not thinking of trucks or moving vans. It was difficult and irritating to have to run over the curb every time I went. I am not looking forward to bringing the large moving truck in a few weeks.
