Fair price, No insurance requirement, Wine Storage, Friendly Staff
One of the few Type 14 facilities in the County. Former storage facility kept jacking up rates - after three years they were more than double original price - they also charged convenience fees for online or phone payments, required insurance and no trash cans on site - How the heck can residents be expected to keep area clean with no Trash Cans?! Pacific Storage so far so good - two thumbs up.

Hi John, Thank you for your review. We are happy to have you as a tenant. We will gladly take a payment, via phone or on-line, without a convenience fee- Please understand that the dumpsters are for office use only. However, if they are not full, we are happy to let our tenants, occasionally, use them. Rent increases are a must, we do our best to keep them moderate and will only do them yearly.
Bait and switch. Sad. Be warned.
A little bummed how I was treated. Rented a second unit and the rep said he'd match my first rental price of $199. Then I see a charge that showed full price on my credit card. He said he made a mistake, then tried to say he meant I would get a special price, and then switched the story saying his boss got mad that he agreed to the price. The manager didn't even call me to explain. Terrible customer service. Unethical.

There seems to have been some miscommunication. The special of $199 had expired, by the time that you had rented your original unit, but it was honored. When you asked for the second unit, there was a different special. THAT is the special the rep thought you were talking about. Even though another special was not supposed to be given, it was given to you. The rate is on the lease that was presented to you at the time of rental. Sorry you are bummed for getting 2 units at a special rate, below the market rate.

Great experience. Jala on the phone was so friendly and that's what got me in. All of my belonging were destroyed at another storage this summer. It's been so stressful. She showed me several options. Had a move in Promo and even a truck to move my things
