Public Storage - San Jose - 150 Tully Road

There was smeared blood on the wall, next to.an elevator for a month and someone threw up in the parking garage. The crusted puddles are still there.

I would recommend the Tully Rd. PS Storage facility to any of my friends. It is clean and well run. I find the staff, especially Brian, extremely personable and helpful. This last time Maria made a suggestion about when to give up my 2 storage spaces, since I'm moving out of the area. It was really helpful.

I made a reservation online for a storage unit on a Wednesday for the following Saturday. Someone called me almost immediately to set up a time for me to go in and sign the contract. I made it for the next day, Thursday. I had initially spoke to someone over the phone but it was cheaper if you reserved online. I wasn't told until I had to sign the contract that you are required to add insurance to your rental. They charged $19 for one of their locks. They also charge a $22 administrative fee. The bonus is the $1 first months rent. I wanted to start my contract on Saturday but since I went in on Thursday, that was the day it started and so do the charges. I thought the storage grounds could have been cleaner. There were a lot of leaves around the property and I was told they do sweep. For as much as they charge I think it could be cleaner. I've heard that the storage units get a lot of dust in them.
