Best customer service ever! Carole is amazing! Very helpful and made the process very easy! All the other staff is very helpful and friendly as well! I highly recommend this place!

I have had nothing but good experiences at this location, the staff is wonderful!!!!!!!!!!! The only thing is I wish, is that the rates would stay the same, and not change so I would never have to worry rates would go up every so often!!!!!!! But all in all, very satisfied, very awesome staff, feel happy knowing my items are safe, and secure!!!!!!!

We appreciated both Carole and Diane's understanding of our circumstance in coming from out-of-state; they were flexible in extending our signing the rental agreement because we couldn't be there in person until we actually were moving. In addition, we got stuck in a horrible traffic back up due to an accident on I-80 that made us late getting to the office to sign the agreement; fortunately, we got there right before closing and Diane was so helpful in staying late to get us the code and key so we could let the movers in early the next day. Carole also arranged to get us a unit that would be easy for the big trailer to back up to so the movers didn't have to use a shuttle. It all turned out very well.
