Public Storage - Simi Valley - 120 West Easy Street

The customer service rep/attendant, Brandon, was excellent. He was very personable and listened carefully to my storage needs and thoroughly covered all necessary information. I also always see him at the facility monitoring, unlocking carts for people who just come through the gates, and seems like just a good hard worker. I also appreciate the easy accessibility of the facility as I can park wherever and it's generally not so crowded that I can get in and get out without any hassles.
