For me, customer service is what I judge a business by. If it's bad, no matter what they have, I don't want it. I'm glad that at this storage facility I am greeted with a smile( behind a mask) every time. Very helpful and courteous and professional.

I have had a remarkable experience with this facility
I highly recommend this facility if your considering a unit. Not only is it clean and accessible, but the customer service is great and the management is outstanding!!! The entire staff has always been friendly and extremely helpful... they also make payment options easy and there are multiple

Staff is very friendly and compassionate, as well as professional. Norma the manager is very helpful and understanding. My hours were cut at my work because of the coronavirus situation but she waived the late fees on my account since Iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢ve been a customer for the past three years. I would recommend Space Station to anyone looking for a storage unit at a reasonable price!
