StorQuest Express - West Sacramento / Ramco

This place would be awesome and could be awesome if they were 24 hour access as they indicate they are, but sadly that is a lie. I decided to use them based on the 24 hour access; with the hours I work….. I need 24 hour access. Drove from Bakersfield to West Sac to get some documents I had stored here. Arrived at 3 am and was not able to get into the facility.My access code was not recognized. I am currently on my payments so there should be no reason I am blocked from entering the facility and getting access to my possessions. Reached out to customer service who kept asking for my phone if which I privided. Over and over again she kept asking for my phone number, so again I provided it; then I realized she is just wasting my time…. Yeah at 3 am after driving 4 hours I want to be messed with. I ended up leaving with no access and no reason why I am blocked from entering the facility……. Very disappointed and yet again I have to find a storage facility that is honest and doesn’t lie. StorQuest sucks!!!!

Natili was extremely pleasant to work with. She is knowledgeable, helpful, understanding and hilarious. She helped make what started as an overly stressful and heavy day turn around. I absolutely would recommend this facility (security, 24 hour access, 10 day grace period) and team for your storage needs.
