Easy application, awesome staff, fantastic prices, good location for me.

i spoke to customer service over the phone. They reserved a unit for me at a great price. When I got to the storage unit they told me I wouldn't be able to fit all of the stuff in that one, it was too small. We upgraded to a bigger one. That now costs more. We got a good deal, the manager told us a a price. We agreed to it. But we weren't told all of the extra add ons that we needed until we ended up needing to checkout and pay. So we needed up spending $200 more than what we were originally quoted for. Just a bad experience.

Manager on duty was extremely helpful and knowledgeable I recommend this to anybody that needs a storage unit as I gave me a deal on the first month also can't beat the price
