I had the best experience at public storage! The sales associate Lachell was wonderful and very understanding! My family and I are moving from another state and she made sure to welcome us and make us feel at home! Thank you so much Lachell??

Trish is the best! She's fun, helpful knowledgeable and definitely NOT RUDE! She even paid the $0.24 we apparently owed from transferring from a large unit to a smaller one because it was the end of the month out of her own pocket. The place is clean and well maintained. Swift, but professional service. Sure, the prices may be a bit up there, but we're happy with the service all around. We highly recommend it!

Although the employee who assisted me was friendly and incredibly helpful, the facility hours are limited and the facility itself is not well maintained. There is broken glass in the driving lanes and trash all around the fence-line where people have obviously decided to part with their property and instead of disposing of it properly toss it over the fence. Perhaps this facility can partner with a charity and make available a depository for people to put their unwanted property so that it may be used by charity.
