Everything was made easy and to the point. The storage space was clean and nothing was difficult.

I just would like to say I have nothing but good things to say about this facility and it's staff. I was greeted outside within about 5 min of arriving by Carl, and was continually acknowledged while I Waited. For him to finish with the person ahead of me. Once waited on Carl's plightness and cheerful additude continue. As his attentiveness to details and my needs proofed to be very refreshing. And aided in helping me to put my not so good pass few days behind me. Also, a thank you goes out to Cece, as well for being patient and trying to help find away for me to be able to pay and start my account online. And the inside units are very nice and the restroom along with water fountain. Is a very nice touch and is appreciated.

Elizabeth has great customers service skills, she made me feel at home she treated my kids with respect and I value you that. Thank Elizabeth and self storage!
