Public Storage - Pensacola - 944 Creighton Road

Cherri at Public Storage was a great help in getting a storage unit rented. She helped me understand the options i had to choose from, and the accessory items that would be a big help to protect my possessions. It was good to work with someone that was polite, professional and helpful.

Getting a storage unit here was super easy and convenient! I've had storage units in the past( with different companies) and always had issues and it was more of a hassle signing up then usually it was worth , but Shannon made it very easy and walked me through everything she was very professional and friendly ! I only gave them five stars because it doesn't give you the option to give more! I would recommend this place to anybody they have great prices, great people, and even greater customer service ! Shannon was AMAZINGLY HELPFUL! She deserves 10 STARS!!!!

Staff was polite and friendly. I've rented from the Plantation Road location before and it's a newer facility, but I like the ease of being able to drive right up to my unit at the Creighton Road location.
