Elevators donﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t work
I reserved a unit online but wasnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t made aware that one elevator has been down for over a month and the other gets stuck on the 4th floor. Imagine my surprise learning upon move-in that I would have to climb 4 flights of stairs. Needles to say Iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢m finding another storage facility and seeking a refund.

Not the best
We got stuck on the elevator. The staff was unable to assist. We had to pry ourselves out. Each time we have been there after hours, there's been odd characters lingering outside the facility. If I knew what I know now, we wouldn't have went with this facility or storage company at all.
