Public Storage - Atlanta - 2436 Bolton Road NW

Great customer service. Only issue I have is the pricing and communication. Online it says one thing...when you get to that location..its another. I was suppose to pay the special $1 sign up and customer service rep over the phone it would be a combined total of $24 to start up. He also stated it would be $94 a month for the 10x10 I was interested in at the location in Atlanta GA . I went to the location where I was under that same impression and then I was told there were not any 10x10's available. At the end of the visit, I ended up paying $46 to start up and $115 a month for an indoor 7x10 unit with no climate control. I was very disappointed but the lady at the front desk had such a positive and good attitude. I knew I couldn't be upset with her because it was not her fault. It was the communication from corporate. I am a very pleasant person and do not mind spending for good service and safety for my belongings but the communication is poor. Public storage got to do better.

Miss Sylvia was very professional and knowledgeable...she helped pick out merchandise that would be helpful to protect my items...she is great

I came into location to ask a couple of questions for a family member and Jennifer was so nice and helpful. Great customer service
