I wasn't expecting nor had I planned on...
I wasn't expecting nor had I planned on the rates going up after moving in. Also Insurance on the space wasn't mentioned until I was filling out paperwork to move in. Another thing is having to buy a lock instead of using my own. It'd be nice if these things were mentioned in your ads before finding out afterwards.

Great on the personal help
Great on the personal help. Not so great on the locking mechanism needing new cap bolts. Also power and lights are only on at night (Photo cell activated) and it is very dark in parts of a full unit during the day. I have only answered excellent as the personal there were very fast and friendly.
