Public Storage - Bolingbrook - 200 Brook Court

Public storage was immediately access when I needed urgent storage. The customers service was amazing and very polite.

I was happy to be able to reserve my space on line. Then when I arrived the person who helped with the agreement and showed me the space( I forgot her name sorry) was very helpful. She had me signed up and on my way very quickly and answered all my questions.

#1 I think you guys should prorate the monthly rent, at least up till the 15th of the month. Having to pay for an entire month after the 6th is crazy. #2 you should have a rest room or Porta potty available at the facility the during the hours that the facility has access. I was moving at 8am and could not get access to the rest room until 930 when someone opened the office.
