Took Care of me
Had a reservation to move in on a Friday. I decided instead to move in on Wednesday. I called and talked to I think a booking agent. They said it would be Ok to come on Wednesday. I got there and it was closed. I called the agent and they got a hold of the mgr. He called me and said the person that was supposed to be there was sick but he would get someone there ASAP. Someone came, was very pleasant, got me checked in and even waived some of the charges. Things happen that are not supposed to but Huntley Self Storage handled it very efficiently with GREAT customer service.

Quick and easy
We needed to find a place to store our racing equipment since we could no longer use our usual spot. The whole transaction took about 2 1/2 hours from time we contacted you to the time we moved our equipment in. A pleasurable experience to say the least.
