Public Storage - Lincolnwood - 3501 W Touhy Ave

Whenever I need to go to my unit during normal business hours Diane will always ask if there is anything she can do to make my visit. If I need to pay my bill and I am running late all I need to do is call and she will wait for me. Diane is a true professional and makes me feel like I am a VIP and that is why I have stayed with Public Storage for as long as I have (about 12 years Keep up the good work and I will most likely be there another 12 years. I absolutely love the public storage on touhy particularly Mrs Diane, she's great she always finds exactly what I need for the best price possible. She is always in a good mood and willing to help. Diane is the best. She went above and beyond of what is expected of her to help us with our move. She even called our movers (we moved from out of state) to give them the address and the best way to get to the place and the best way to park. The place is very clean too which made us very comfortable (and our minds at ease) storing our "life" while we are looking for a place to live. Thanks Diane. You deserve a raise.
