Carol was very efficient and getting my lock replaced right away.this is the first time I met her cause I haven't been to my unit in a long time,and she was very friendly and helpful.the property is very clean.i will recommend this place to others.

Carole does a great job of taking care of the customer. Very crisp and clear with all the details.. It was a pleasure working with her especially for a storage company. She goes out of her way reminding customers paymnt is due so charges don't hit the account which was great. I was very thankful for her effort & services
