Public Storage - Roselle - 1295 W Lake Street

I stopped by the Roselle IL location ( property # 26824) to figure out a good size unit for my furniture that i would like to store. I met the most professional, sensible, positive, and warming Manager by the name of Princess G. She was very knowledgeable about her store had a answer for everyone of my questions without hesitant, offered great products to protect my furniture which were at great prices. the staff at the public storage is wonderful, they take you through all the steps including getting insurance for it. which gives you some peace of mind about your stuff and the replacement value. The unit is exactly what is advertised I was glad to see that it went up vertical more than 5 feet also. but online it said that I could get it for 30$ and then when I got there you got it for 45$. now it said online special but you don't buy a storage facility online and then go see it, it's the other way around. there is no pictures of the spaces online only dimensions. but overall the place is nice well cared for and the people that run the site are great.
