Terry Was Great!
I moved into the area from out of state and Terry was very helpful, making necessary adjustments to a reservation made online, helping me get access to my unit though I arrived late in the business day, and even checking back a few days later to ensure that my unit was accommodating my needs. Terry made it clear from the outset that he was there to help in any way possible, and he has delivered on that so far. Great pricing and overall experience!
