Lost all upholestry, furniture will need refinishing, ironwork rusted, rat urine head made everything stink, 1700sqft house,$5000-10000 damage Rats move from unit to unit thru the insulated ceiling.

Mr. Jessup, We understand your frustration. You rented a unit for quite some time prior to us taking over the facility in June of '22. The pest issue was a pre-existing condition when we took over management and it was quickly addressed. We removed a food distributor who had been allowed to rent at the facility, cleaned out abandoned units and added additional pest control measures to clean house. Since these changes were completed we have not received notice of further issues. We appreciate the time you spent with Stockwell Place Self Storage and we look forward to serving you in the future.
