Public Storage - Capitol Heights - 8701 Central Ave

I had a great experience at Public Storage. The customer service and the professionalism was outstanding. The storage is nice and clean from the exterior to the interior and the location was perfect for me. The property manager Blendine was amazing and very knowledgeable about the business and answered all of my questions. The gentleman and the young lady there with her were very nice too. It's nice to see great customer service still exist. I'm happy they had what I was looking for and helped me with all my storage needs. Best wishes guys, Pam

From the first confirmation call, to the vacating of my unit, the property manager and her staff were courteous, informative, and very professional. The facilities were clean. The check in process was smooth and I fully understood my rights and responsibilities. I would highly recommend this Public Storage - and use them again, if needed.

This statement is to the company not related to the agent . My opinion is not towards her but to the company . Tell The truth about the true cost to rent a storage area . When you introduce the first month a dollar that's what the customer thinks and we think after a month we will pay the exact storage fee of the space which we know will be more that's why we do not come prepared to pay the additional cost . That disturbed me . Since its more than a dollar the first month say so instead of the lure statement , we are in times where our money makes a difference and has too count for everything we do in this high cost time of greed. The agent that assisted me was wonderful excellent friendly informative and very helpful .
