Public Storage - Germantown - 12423 Middlebrook Road

This is the first time renting a storage and I was surprised how easy all went through. I called in the morning and around noon I had my storage. I want to point out that the person I spoke with on the phone and in the office (Frances) were very friendly and helpful. Also the price is very good and the storage is clean. Thanks for everything!!!

The reservation process online was easy, and the location called to schedule the time to come in and sign the necessary paperwork and collect the first rent payment. Once at the location, Francis walked us through the unit, how to use the lock, and how to access the property through the electronic gate. Francis also helped explain the insurance coverage options and payment considerations. He helped us choose what was right for us, and was clearly experienced. Francis is an asset to Public Storage.
