U-Store - Laurel - 13303 Baltimore Avenue

From my understanding need management.....I rented here they don't do much to help the snow and ice to melt, it's like driving on a lot at your own risk, I asked the guy at the counter it's been a week from the first snow fall when did they plan on doing something to remove snow/ice he said he didn't know, the next snow fall which left Alot of ice still no improvement or even tried, they block the ones that live there block the area way to where you have to sometimes back up, just the entire experience was low class, they did finally put a sigh out stating icy enter at own risk, we were sick of having to hope we wouldn't fall that we moved our belongings out to a location that actually pays to keep the area cleaned and plowed and not just pocket the money,
