Public Storage - Waltham - 260 Lexington Street

So I called the Moody Street location on Saturday because nobody answered the Lexington Street locations I talk to a nice lady because I told her I lost my bank card and explained my situation she said as long as I pay before the 31st then I went today to go see my storage to put stuff in it in the machine said to see the manager so my husband went in after I called or greeted by a rude lady at the front desk so I tried to call the Moody Street location and couldn't get through I've never Once had a bad encounter at the Lexington Street location I have always dealt with Chuck but the new staff attitude Is very unpleasant and she kept referring to us as a delinquent

Clean and secure. Just what we needed for backup storage during a transition. Chuck was personable and helpful with many tips related to the facility and also to organization.

The facility is clean and well cared for and the service is friendly and helpful. Manager Chuck was particularly helpful when some billing issues arose. His manner is most professional and thorough.
