Amazing Customer Service
Kevin has amazing customer service skills. I have never met anyone that is so friendly, patience and funny at the same time. He made sure I was happy with the unit. He went above and beyond his job duties. I told Kevin he deserver a raise with the great customer service he provided to me and other customer that came through the door. He kept the same smile and energy the whole time I was there. I wish more people had his energy and great attitude.

Everything went well.
I believe ourcustimer service person's name was Aaron at the facility. He was very helpful. The move in process went smoothly. The only thing I have not received yet is the promised $20 amazon giftcard I'm to receive via the AAA move in special. Also, be prepared to pay a $16 admin fee and $13 for a lock for your storage unit.
