Public Storage - Sterling Heights - 35800 Mound Road

I've been with public storage for about a year now, when I first went to inquire about a space I thought that it costed way too much but Sarah, she was extremely nice & persuasive so my husband & I got the storage. To date she's still the exact same maybe even better. I love her!!!!! Anytime I recommend public storage to anyone I always tell them to check out this location because she's so wonderful.

Sarah and Del assisted me with my move in today, and their customer service skills were phenomenal! They made me feel welcome the moment I walked into the office, they were happy to answer any questions or concerns that I had. I am very pleased with my visit today and will definitely refer this location to friends and family.

This was my first time with any public storage. Found a great price online, reserved a spot, and did my online registration. Spoke to Sarah on the phone regarding what to expect. On the day of move in my husband and I were assisted by Simone at the front desk. She clarified everything and ensured all my questions were answered. She and I clicked and we made instant friends!
