Public Storage - Trenton - 20080 Allen Road

I was just looking for a place to store stuff from my garage if I decide to rebuild it, not sure if I'll do it yet. Kathie was very helpful in explaining how the leasing process would go if and when I decide, for being new to the company she was very knowledgeable, she said it was all because of Kristine. So thank you, Kristine for being such a good trainer! She also showed me the property which is well maintained by everyone there and is well secured by locked gates. Good job Kathie and Kristine, I might be seeing you in the near future! I would recommend this place to anyone based on the service I received!

I was very pleased to get a great deal & Kristine provided the best, friendly customer service i have received anywhere in a long time! Kristine thoroughly explained everything to me, answered all my questions & was just all around pleasant to talk to. I was going to get a unit at a different location closer to me but this location had WAY better deals so i opted to drive a little further & i am glad i did. Keep up the good work! Kristene was very nice, patient, informative, and helpful during this crazy relocation for my family. Kathy/Cathy (I think) called me for WELCOME WEDNESDAY which scared me b/c I thought something was wrong. She was very nice.
