Public Storage - Waterford - 2745 Dixie Hwy

Initially, I was hesitant to use an outdoor storage unit, but the Vickie was able to address my concerns. Ms. Vickie is delightful, knowledgeable pragmatic and professional. She eased my anxiety related to theft and property damage as she competently directed me to the portion of the contract detailing insurance coverage plans while effectively explaining customer rights in regard to small claims court. Remarkably, Vickie has a keen sense of spatial awareness as she was able to look at my belongings and match me to the perfect sized unit at an affordable price! Her polite and approachable demeanor has made my day more enjoyable on several occasions when I have forgotten my gate code or unit number. She is always very patient and gracious when dealing with. I consider Vickie to be an invaluable part of the public storage team.

Came into office looking too store some hunting gear. Right when i walked in Amber and Jodie were extremely friendly and were very helpful. Property was clean. I would recommend Public Storage to anyone. Thanks Amber and Jodie you guys were great!!

I have rented space in 3 Public Storage units. All have been impeccably kept, with excellent staff. The business model that this business is using is WORKING. My first choice of storage facilities, with competitive rates and exceptionally helpful staff. Kudos!
