Great customer service
I needed an outdoor storage spot on short notice and short term over a holiday weekend. Other storage facilities would not return my call but New Hope Storage worked with me to accommodate my needs. Great customer service. Thanks!

Amazing owners!
I loved meeting and working with the 2 gentlemen that own this company. They are beyond kind, and helpful. Im so happy with my unit- its clean, and I know that its safe. Locks can be purchased that are bolt cutter proof and would require a professional locksmith to open. Not even the owners can open it without a locksmith. These guys helped me find my unit, and showed me how to use it more than once, and were so kind about it. apparently I just didnt get the simple concept of sliding something. lol.
