The manager, Darla, was great.
The check-in process was smooth. I like that Darla specifically put us on a wide row to accommodate our frequent access. The location is easy to find, just off highway 7, on Louisiana Avenue.

clean, easy to use., quick check in
reserved spot online. friendly staff. check in paper work went smoothly. delay due to spot i had reserved being filled but not entered in the system. after a couple of tries similar unit was found within a half hour.. would like to see handcarts by the elevator otherwise no concerns.
