Pretty good experience thus far, but glitch with app access
I had a good experience with Rental Agent Maria at the Hunting Valley Road facility in St. Paul. She was very helpful and found a good unit for me that is not far from the elevator. The price was lower than anticipated :-) The only problem I have is with the gate and door access via my cell phone app. On move-in day, it worked on the gate, but not the elevator. The next day when I put more stuff in my unit, the app didn't work on the gate nor the elevator--it indicated Not Within Range, even though I was standing right next to the access code input/scanners. I will try again today; if it still doesn't work, I will ask the on-site rental agent for assistance.
