I used the facility for approximately 5 months. I never had an issue. The facility was in good condition-they even filled potholes over the summer. The only 'issue' I had was when I switched to another Public Storage facility (to be closer to where we live). The manager Tamika exhibited over the top customer service with resolving my issue. Tamika was able to work through the 'system' to resolve the issue that had developed. She did not have to do anything, and it could have been one of those situations where 'it is what it is' and I would have been left feeling frustrated with how things turned out. Fortunately, Tamika understood the situation and worked many different options to find a positive resolution for me. I appreciated her effort and her dedication to providing exceptional customer service. Thanks Tamika!

The girl on the phone was so nice Tamika she looked up everything I asked, funny thing how nice she was my storage is at Wabash were I stopped in today but dria helped me call out to another storage were moving soon closer to that area, nice girls great company .thank you everyone
