I was very impressed with the knowledge of the personnel and the overall appearance of the property.

We were very pleased with the storage space we rented. Bob showed us spaces according to our needs. That was a huge help! It's close, hours are good. Bob has been very helpful. I would and have recommended this to other people.

I had never rented a storage unit before, and the staff at Public Storage did a great job at explaining everything I needed to know. I was pleasantly surprised that they walked me to the unit, showed me the inside, and how to use the handle and lock. On moving day I did wish there was a cart we could have used to haul my stuff from the truck to the storage unit which was inside and down a long hallway. Overall, a nice experience. I just wish I didn't have so much stuff, it would save me some money (and time) to not have to rent a storage unit at all!
