Public Storage - Reno - 1020 N McCarran Blvd

The chore, the hassle the time consumed, the backache, the agony. Got quotes to move a 5x 10 of stuff. $650-750. Uhhh no. So my sister and I did it for under $50 borrowing a truck. Public Storage was a giant hassle to complete when a customer service rep called to complete the paperwork. Wouldn't process the payment...found she had made error...still no resolve. On the phone for 50 minutes.told her I'll go on the laptop at home to complete she said that was usually troublesome.she had to cancel the contract. Went home online, payment accepted and had a space in 10 minutes. Customer service agent promised a compensation of sorts for the time spent due to her error, but when I contacted her to tell her all is complete she offered nothing.

Lets be honest who likes having to deal with moving, let alone finding a good storage facility!!! I had to move in a very short time and was not familiar with the area. I rented from one Public Storage on line only to find that it was not the one closest to where I thought. I contacted this Public Storage and spoke with Kathy. I was in tears because I had paid already and I didn't have the correct amount for the new storage. It was a nightmare to say the least! When I arrived and met Kathy immediately she made me feel so much better and was so accommodating. She listen to my rambling........ and never made me feel like I was a bother. Unfortunately I have been late on my payments a few times and when she gives me a courtesy call to let me know when my payment is due, she is so polite. I recommend this storage facility to ALL hands down!!!!! Thank you to all the staff at this facility. Michelle

Staff is very friendly and helpful. Unit was easy to move into and everything couldn't have smoother.
