My husband and I are looking to move to a different location, because this one honestly just feels unsafe. When we first moved our things in there were always strange people hanging around outside smoking and looking like they lived there. People are always propping the doors open and breaking them, leaving garbage around, taking hours with carts and just "hanging out" around the units or just outside. The last straw was last visit; we found a cockroach on our belongings, and we have never had a cockroach problem in our home or on our belongings. Not a good location and we will soon be taking our belongings elsewhere.

My aunt passed away storing her furniture
Our experience checking in was flawless, the facility is extremely clean, and there were plenty of dollies to get the job done. There is a covered loading dock which we especially appreciated because it was raining. However, we were told we had to buy a lock from them which was $20 so we did. When we opened our storage unit for the first time there was a welcome bag which included the same lock we just purchased. The top of the packaging was cut so we couldnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t return it.
