South Main Self Storage

This is my second summer renting unit from this location. A new company recently purchased this storage unit and i was worried that i would not be able to get a good deal. However, the price is the lowest in town. The customer service here is really great too. I was lucky enough to deal with the same woman i dealt with last summer and she is and was very friendly. She showed me the unit first both times to make sure the size was right for me and the paperwork process was quick and went smoothly. The storage units themselves were very clean both times and I was able to pay for the entire summer up front since i will be out of town. Since the whole complex is fenced in and the storage units use individual locks (some of them have 2 locks) I felt very safe leaving my things there long term. I will definitely continue to use this place.

Process was fast as the office was prepared for our arrival.

Very thankful for the fast service I received, I was offer a ride in the cart to view available storage units she had all the paperwork highlighted and ready for me to sign explained everything very well and also made sure my badge to get in and out was properly working before I left. :)
