Prime Storage - Albany - 1750 Central Ave

I arrived at 9:40 and the sign said it closes at 10pm. Great! I looked up my gate code and typed it in and it was wrong. I tried and tried to no avail (even went through all the emails sent to me). I finally found the 1-800 number around 9:50-9:55 and after holding for a bit, told them what was going on and sure enough, the email had the wrong code. They gave me the code only to say it's 10 now so you can't get in. They couldn't get me in or make an exception so instead of driving the 3 hours home, I had to get a hotel so I could go back in the morning. Facility is clean and secure and a good value but I'm out the cost of a hotel because of a mistake by them.

The storage units are convenient to access and are true to size as advertised. The staff is phenomenal,one gentleman there helped me complete registration although it was past business hours.
