Shady practices
I am very disappointed with my experience here. I had a reservation and was told I had 7 days to return and finalize the price. I came back today, within the timeframe, to find my reservation was gone and they would not honor the previously quoted price. The representative was polite, but ultimately unwilling to correct their mistake. I found this to be poor business practice, so be cautious.

Have a great experience finding and checking-in with 21st Century Self-Storage. The process was seamless from - parking the uhaul to unloading and accessing the unit. The app was very easy to use.
