Public Storage - Spring Valley - 203 New Clarkstown Road

Great secure place to store your belongings. I appreciate that there isnt a security deposit nor do they ask for a few months paid in advance like some other storage places either! I have a huge outside drive up spot for a hundred & a half a month! The same size space at another facility is $275..i recommend anyone seeking secure, affordable storage to Public Storage! Let's put it this way... I rarely give out 5 stars... in this case; it's well deserved. Ashley made sure that my experience at Public Storage is always better than expected. For example, I rented a new unit last week; there were many people renting units or waiting to rent units or pay their rent... And Ashley handled it all like a Boss. Very well. Very Professional! I walked in to the office at the Public Storage facility in Spring Valley NY when I was immediately asked if I needed help. Every question I had was answered and explained. I was given a tour of the facility and received an explanation of how the gates worked. Within minutes I knew that this was the place for us so I reserved a 5 x 10 unit. Before I left everything was explained pertaining to our agreement. I would highly recommend Public and the sales person Jay for his careful presentation.
