Public Storage - Syosset - 18 Jericho Turnpike

It was a smooth check in and she help me figure out the space I needed because what I reserved on line is totally not the right space. It was great that she showed me the 5 X 5 and the next size 5 X 10. She did not be little me but help me choose the right size I need and very helpful and courteous Also, help me find a discount and all the little detail you need to know later to make a right decision. Thank you!

I went to this Public Storage location because it's right by my new apartment. I had just moved to Syosset a couple of weeks ago and i realized i didn't have enough room for all of my things. I had heard about Public Storage through a friend of mine and she recommended i use them. I must say, the service i received was beyond my expectations. There were two girls that had helped me. Jessica and Amanda were so sweet and had helped me with any questions i had for them. They recommended a few different options until i settled on the right unit for me. I am definitely going to recommend this place and these two girls to my friends.

I was looking to get some prices on storage and Melissa showed me the property. She was able to give me a lot of information about storage and showed me how to protect my items while they're being stored. She was very patient, friendly and helpful! I would definitely recommend this location.
