If this information is included in the lease, it must be in bold type at least 12 points in size, and the customer must initial next to the language when signing. If delivered by mail, the information must also be sent via email and text message. None of these procedures were done. The company should disclose to every client the time in which rates would be increased and by how much. The storage company should give account of price gorging and inability to disclose to customers in a timely manner or in the agreement of their increase percent over a period of time.
